Welcome to the freshness of the NEW YEAR.
Have you felt a refresh?
A bit of renewal or rejuvenation?
If not, there's still time!!
The re-set, re-fresh, re-do starts with YOU!!
You chose your intentions and your goals to set for the year.
One of my favorite traditions is to pick a word or phrase for the year.
Some of my closest friends and I get together around the beginning of the year to share our intentions. We share our words and the meaning/motivation behind our choices.
In sharing, we open ourselves up for the accountability to keep these words fresh in our hearts and minds.
Over the years I've chosen different words and themes that often reflected my goals, my hopes, and even the challenges I've had to overcome.
Why not?!
2022 feels like a big year - is it just because it lies ahead as a blank slate? I'm not sure.
But I'm ready to embrace it and the opportunities and possibilities it holds.
I'm excited.
Chose your word(s).
Set your intentions.
And live fully this year.
